Shipping Policy

All Active Basics Retail orders are shipped with AusPost or other reliable postal service providers.

Upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided at the checkout. If you do not receive this notification within 1 hour, please contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

Please note, some of the inventory could be from various locations, therefore, you may receive multiple packages from either Australia warehouse, US & Canada warehouse, or China warehouse. Therefore, there could be a chance that cause delay due to various reasons such as customs clearance or inventory turnover. Sorry for the inconvenience.
